Notice to the Public
In compliance with the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (Title X, Section 1018), Ideal Property Management provides the following disclosure:
Properties built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose serious health hazards if not properly managed. Lead exposure is particularly dangerous to young children and pregnant women.
Ideal Property Management is committed to providing safe housing and complying with all federal, state, and local lead-based paint regulations.
Before renting, selling, or performing renovation work on pre-1978 housing, we:
- Disclose any known information concerning the presence of lead-based paint or lead hazards in the property.
- Provide purchasers and tenants with available reports or records pertaining to lead-based paint.
- Deliver the EPA-approved pamphlet titled “Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home.”
- Ensure all renovation or repair work disturbing painted surfaces is performed in accordance with EPA’s Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule.
